Getting to know you
We are working together to build a community and in the process we are learning so much about each other. This is our Tee-shirt project. The students had a great time creating a tee-shirt that shows some of thier favorite things. Once completed, the students will present the information to the class. Math All Around Us
The students worked together in cooperative groups to create a poster of everywhere they use math. They came up with some great answers. Then we practiced, "Stand and Deliver" where one student in the group spoke to the whole class telling what they wrote and why. Very impressive.
