Wednesday, May 19th will be a very exciting day for the Discoverers because they will be going to college! The School Writing Project's annual Spring Reading will be at Rice University from 4:30-6:30pm. The students pictured have individual poems that were selected to be read in front of a packed audience. It shouldn't be missed! In addition to the individual poems selected, a class group poem written by The Discoverers was also chosen. The students have been collaborating together on how to present this poem. I will just say that I am getting batteries for all my cameras because I want to make sure to get this on film! It is going to be amazing! Bravo, Discoverers!
