Our new planner, how we organize ourselves, explores economic systems. The first activity we used to explore this concept was assembly lines. We were inspired by the book, The Goat in the Rug which is about one woman making one product by hand. We realized that this takes a lot of time and therefore will not generate alot of income. Next, we examined various assembly lines and the types of resources they used. Finally, we developed a plan to create our own assembly line to weave a rug. Here are the results.
