The Fantastic Frogs went on a tour to see the fifth graders exhibition work. As we walked thru the hallways reading and admiring the artwork; we noticed many things. First, we made the connection that the fifth graders were using the Learner Profile and attitudes in many different ways. Second, we noticed that each class was focusing on one area. We learned about learning differences, ways to stop bullying, and how different work connected to all the planners that we have been studying this year. The wall that had the most impact was the one with essays. The fifth grade students wrote about someone who inspired them and why. This in turn inspired us! We took our idea of talking walls in the classroom to create a honor wall in the hallway. I hope you had a chance to come by and read these comments.
